Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DripHaus Wellness & Beauty website (the "Site") and your relationship with DripHaus Wellness & Beauty ("DripHaus," "we," "us," or "our") as a client or prospective client. By using our Site, booking an appointment, or receiving services from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book or receive services from DripHaus, or have the express consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law and clinical policy. By booking a service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Our Services
DripHaus offers aesthetic and wellness services, which may include testosterone/hormone optimization, GLP-1 and metabolic/weight management support, vitamin injections and NAD+ therapy, and injectable treatments such as wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers. Services are provided by, or under the supervision of, licensed medical professionals in accordance with Texas law.
Descriptions of services on our Site are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. They are not a substitute for an individualized, in-person (or approved telehealth) consultation, evaluation, and informed consent process with our clinical team.
3. Medical Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk
Please read this section carefully.
- All medical and aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, infection, allergic reaction, asymmetry, dissatisfaction with results, or, rarely, more serious complications.
- Results are not guaranteed. Individual results vary based on a person's health, anatomy, lifestyle, and adherence to pre- and post-treatment instructions. Testimonials, before/after photos, and marketing materials represent individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of your outcome.
- Before receiving any treatment, you will be asked to review and sign a treatment-specific Informed Consent form describing the risks, benefits, and alternatives to that treatment. It is your responsibility to read this form carefully, ask questions, and disclose your complete and accurate health history.
- By scheduling and receiving services, you voluntarily assume the known and unknown risks associated with the treatment you have selected, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law.
- You agree to disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and prior treatments, and understand that withholding or misrepresenting this information can affect your safety and our ability to treat you appropriately.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows
- Appointments are booked through our online scheduling system, provided by Boulevard.
- We require at least [XX hours/24 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. [Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee / forfeited deposit of $____.]
- Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, which will be disclosed prior to scheduling.
- We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or discontinue treatment at our sole clinical discretion if we determine a service is not appropriate or safe for you.
Fill in your actual cancellation window and fee amounts in the brackets above before publishing.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices for services are subject to change without notice, though you will be informed of current pricing prior to your appointment. Package purchases, memberships, and deposits are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in a separate agreement you sign at the clinic.
6. Photos, Testimonials & Marketing
We may take before/after photos for your clinical record. These will not be used for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes unless you sign a separate written media release authorizing that specific use. You may withdraw this authorization at any time for future use.
7. Website Use & Intellectual Property
- All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to DripHaus and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
- You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
- You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful code.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:
- DripHaus, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliated providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
- Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or claims that cannot be limited under Texas law.
- This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DripHaus and its owners, employees, and affiliated providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your failure to disclose accurate health information prior to treatment.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation. If unresolved, the parties agree that any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas. (If you would prefer to require binding arbitration instead of court, your attorney can add a formal arbitration clause here.)
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Site or services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
